With the Allen Eagle community in mind, Allen ISD continually reviews its safety procedures to promote a safe and enjoyable experience for all Eagle Stadium guests. After reviewing the implementation of these new 2024-2025 school year procedures and listening to feedback from our fans, we have made some adjustments. These changes take effect Friday, Sept. 6, 2024, and are designed to enhance your experience at Eagle Stadium while maintaining our high safety standards.
Entrance Procedures
Please download the “HomeTown Fan” ticketing app and have tickets ready before arriving at the Stadium.
All adults and students with tickets on the home side may enter through any entrance gate on the home or visitor side.
Traditionally, the surge of guests entering the Stadium occurs within 30 minutes of kickoff. Please consider arriving at the Stadium earlier to avoid the rush. Gates open at 5:30 p.m.
All attendees must pass through a metal detector upon entry.
The previously established Clear Bag Policy for all guests at Eagle Stadium will remain in place.
A “No Bag Line” will be available at the far-left line of each entry gate to expedite the entrances for guests without bags.
Guests with visitor tickets must continue to enter through the visitor side of the Stadium.
Student Section
Students may enter Eagle Stadium through any gate.
The Student Section is designed for students in grades 9-12 and will be held in sections 112, 113, 114, and 115 and surrounding concourse areas.
Students must present their “Trust Card” on the MINGA app to enter the ninth- to 12th-grade Student Section.
Student Section seating and surrounding concourse areas will be cordoned off from other stadium areas. The Student Section will have dedicated bathrooms and concession stands.
No re-entry is allowed if a student leaves the Student Section.
Online sales for Student Section tickets will close at 3 p.m. on game day. Student Section tickets will not be sold at the gate.
Middle School Students
For the 2024 football season, there will no longer be an official middle school student seating section. The student section will be reserved for students in the ninth through 12th grades only.
Middle school students are encouraged to sit with their parents. However, they are not required to do so. Although there is no longer a middle school student section, seventh and eighth graders may choose to sit in General Admission sections 110 and 111 on the home side of the stadium. Click here for an Eagle Stadium seating chart.
Middle school students do not need a specific student ticket, and they may enter the stadium's home side with a season/reserved ticket or general admission ticket. Per the Code of Conduct, student IDs must be worn at all school events, including games at Eagle Stadium.
Campus and district administrators will be present at home games and will enforce behavior policies. Any student misbehaving or causing a disruption will be asked to leave the stadium and will be subject to disciplinary measures as outlined by the Student Code of Conduct.
In addition to these new safety measures, Allen ISD will provide additional administrative stations throughout the Stadium, and stricter enforcement of behavior policies will be followed.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we implement these new safety measures this season.
