Hello Students and Parents,
As we kick off our fall athletic season tonight, we're excited for the fun and thrilling competitions that await us. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we would like to remind you of the expectations we have in place for both students and parents.
Student ID Requirements:
Mandatory ID Display: Students must wear their Student ID on a lanyard around their neck at all times. Students without their ID will not be permitted entry into the game—no exceptions.
Check-In and Check-Out: Students are required to check in and out of the event. Their Student ID will be scanned upon arrival and departure. Please note that once a student checks out, they will not be allowed back into the game.
Seating Arrangements:
Student Section: Students must sit in the designated student section unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Ford Middle School Students Only: Only current Ford Middle School students are allowed to sit in the student section.
Concession Stand Access:
Students may visit the concession stand only between games, quarters, or halves.
Behavioral Expectations:
School and District Rules: Any violations of school rules, district policies, or the Student Code of Conduct will result in removal from the event and could lead to further disciplinary action.
Game Floor/Field Access: Spectators, including parents and guardians, are not permitted on the game floor/field at any time. This agreement has already been acknowledged by parents/guardians through Rank One.
Post-Event Pick-Up:
Timely Pick-Up: Students must be picked up promptly, within 15 minutes of the conclusion of the game. Failure to do so may result in the loss of privilege to attend future athletic events.
