Community Involvement
Allen ISD and the Board of Trustees have a strong history of partnering with our parents, community members, and stakeholders. The district works with several leadership groups, standing committees, and specific-initiative committees throughout the school year. Find Your Opportunity!
Eagle Edge Store
The Eagle Edge School Store is ln Allen High School’s Performing Arts Center wing. It is operated and managed by a group of advanced-level Marketing and Business students. The store sells spirit wear, accessories, snacks, and drinks. Please visit the AHS store for your Allen Eagle spirit wear needs!
Eagle Give Day
Eagle Give Day is an opportunity for Allen High School Students to dedicate service hours to a worthy cause while allowing interested residents the chance to give back to the community. All AHS students are urged to participate in the mega-donation drive and sign up for a service project to complete on Eagle Give Day.
Foundation For Allen Schools
The Foundation For Allen Schools is a nonprofit education foundation that exists solely to support Allen ISD teachers and students. The Foundation has awarded more than 400 classroom grants, and several hundred student scholarships, and has invested more than $1 million back into Allen ISD.
Leadership Academy
The Allen ISD Leadership Academy is designed to provide community participants with a comprehensive overview of the school district by department and district leadership.
Silver Eagles

Watch D.O.G.S.
Allen ISD elementary campuses participate in the Watch D.O.G.S. program. The Dads of Great Students WATCH D.O.G.S.® program provides positive male role models for students and promotes the importance of education. See your campus website for more.
Learning Opportunities
Board Academy
The Allen ISD Board Academy is a periodic opportunity for potential Trustee members to learn more about how the panel operates under the rules and regulations orginating with the State Board of Education, the Texas Legislature and The Texas Education Agency. Refer back for upcoming Academy dates.
Raising Eagles
Raising Eagles offers classes and seminars addressing important issues facing students and their guardians. Classes range from drug awareness to mental health. Check back for upcoming events during the 2024-2025 school year.
SOAR 2030
SOAR 2030 is a community strategic planning process providing a foundation for educational decisions in AllenISD over the next seven years. The SOAR 2030 Committee is comprised of around 200 parents, staff members, students, and community members. Committee members' commitments include ensuring Allen ISD is preparing its graduate for life.
State of Allen
The State of Allen is an annual update from the City of Allen, The Allen-Fairview Chamber of Commerce, Collin College, and Allen ISD about the state of the community and what future projects and activities will mean for the community. Stay tuned for more information about this year's event.
