Dr. Robin Bullock

Dr. Robin Bullock has served as the Superintendent of Schools for Allen ISD since January 2020. During her tenure, Dr. Bullock’s focus has remained on improving academic outcomes for all students, promoting a positive and caring culture for all staff members, and connecting the district with stakeholders through community engagement initiatives.

 Dr. Bullock's journey with Allen ISD began in 2013, where she held key leadership roles including Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources, Assistant Superintendent for School Leadership and Student Support, and Deputy Superintendent. While serving as Acting Superintendent in the Fall of 2019, Dr. Bullock guided the District as it developed a community-driven strategic visioning plan known as SOAR 2030.

 Prior to her tenure at Allen ISD, Dr. Bullock held several administrative leadership roles in Midlothian ISD, including Interim Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent, and Director of Personnel. She also held leadership roles on campus, including elementary principal, middle school principal, and assistant middle school principal.

 Dr. Bullock's educational career began in 1995 as a seventh-grade language arts teacher and coach in Red Oak ISD. She also spent time in the classroom in Eufaula, Alabama, and Duncanville ISD before becoming a campus administrator.

 Dr. Bullock holds a doctoral degree in educational leadership from Dallas Baptist University, a master's degree from Troy State University, and a bachelor's degree from Northwestern State University. She obtained her principal and superintendent certifications from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a graduate of the Superintendent Academy hosted by the Thompson Executive Leadership Institute.

 At the state level, Dr. Bullock has been a prominent figure in educational leadership. Since 2023, she represented Region 10 school districts on the Texas Education Agency Commissioner's Council. She is also an active member of the Superintendent Advisory Committee at the University of North Texas. Dr. Bullock is a regular presenter at statewide conferences, including the Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA) / Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) Convention and the TASB Summer Leadership Institute Conference.

 Under Dr. Bullock's leadership, Allen ISD has garnered significant recognition. In 2022, the Allen ISD Board of Trustees was honored with the "School Board of the Year" award. In 2024, Allen ISD was named one of five finalists for "Large School District of the Year," both accolades coming from the prestigious H-E-B Excellence in Education awards program.

 Dr. Bullock has two children: Emily, pursuing postgraduate studies at Georgetown University, and Evan, a sophomore at Louisiana Tech University. She is actively involved in community leadership, having graduated from the Allen-Fairview Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class and serving as a board officer of the Allen Noon Rotary Club. Dr. Bullock also contributes to the Advisory Board for Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital and the Allen Sports Association's Board of Directors.
