Allen ISD announces the appointment of Aida Nava as Director of Human Resources. Aida has most recently served as Executive Director of Human Resources for Judson ISD with 26 years of experience in public education.
Along with her previous administrative role, Aida has served as a Human Resources Coordinator of Auxiliary and Substitute Personnel and a principal in Judson ISD, Southside ISD, Windham School District, and IRRA INC Charter School. Before her leadership roles, Aida was a PKES Grant Strategist for Mission CISD and was a Bilingual Teacher for Edinburg CISD, Kingsville ISD, and La Joya ISD.
