The Allen ISD began its Employee Recognition program for this school year by honoring staff who exemplify the three district goals of Culture of Excellence, Future Ready Skills, and Empowered Learning.
Two Departments received the first recognitions for the new school year: Transportation and Community Services. Transportation was recognized for successfully organizing new bus routes this summer and providing more than 50 buses to transport staff safely to and from Convocation.
The Community Services Department kicked off the third year of the Silver Eagles program, hosted another successful Community Engagement Night, and they continued to run the after-school program, Kids Club.
